State Rebellion

The Supreme Courts formally abolished the States in its SCOTUSCare decision and in its No-Sex marriage decision. In the SCOUTSCare decision, the Court decided that State did not mean a specific body politic such as South Carolina. Instead, they decided it meant an all-powerful national government like Lenin had in mind. Yet, a national government is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN by the Constitution. It is 1861, but armed conflict is not the answer. Individual amendments, making the States responsible for governing the federal government, including renunciation of specific actions, will solve the problem. My new book gives a detailed plan of attack against the Redcoats, those who want a national government to hold all power and the States to hold none.
